EM Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Erika Maria offers private and group Prenatal Yoga & Postnatal Yoga classes in-home or virtually.

(Private studio available upon request.)

A custom yoga practice could include, but not limited to:

  • Mediation: slow the mind, breathe deeply, and take time to restore mental positivity. 

  • Building a yoga practice: new to yoga, or get lost during a group class, private instruction may be the perfect transition to prepare you for entry into regular class.

  • Learn the basics of alignment, modifications, how to use props, work around any existing injuries.

  • Alignment: take it back to the fundamentals in your yoga practice, build good habits with proper alignment.

  • Offer various class styles from Power Yoga to Slow Flow. Understanding this is a special time in your life and hormones can have you feeling overwhelmed, I help you find ease. Working with your mood, physical feeling, and mindset we create a custom plan for your practice.
